CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Two synthetic peptides that stimulate your body’s release of growth hormone—a pathway involved in muscle, fat metabolism, tissue repair, and sleep.

What it is

Two peptides. Complementary signals.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are growth hormone secretagogues: peptides that signal the pituitary gland to release growth hormone rather than supplying growth hormone directly.

CJC-1295
Mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The long-acting form studied in humans, CJC-1295 with DAC, produces sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1.
Ipamorelin
Activates the ghrelin receptor to trigger a more immediate release of growth hormone through a different signaling pathway.

The pairing is intended to combine these two signals; how long CJC-1295 acts depends on its formulation.

Human peptide studies

What they’ve been shown to do.

CJC-1295: increase growth hormone & IGF-1

Human studies cited in the guide found sustained, dose-dependent increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 in healthy adults, while preserving growth hormone’s pulsatile release.

These findings concern long-acting CJC-1295 with DAC; they do not automatically apply to other formulations.

Ipamorelin: stimulate growth hormone release

A human study involving 40 healthy male volunteers found that intravenous Ipamorelin stimulated growth hormone secretion, with peak levels occurring within about an hour.

This was a study of Ipamorelin alone—not the combined injection offered on this page.

The direct human findings are increased hormone release. The potential benefits below come mainly from related growth hormone or GHRH research, rather than trials proving the combination’s effects.

Potential benefits & research

Muscle. Metabolism. Recovery. Sleep.

Muscle & strength

Growth hormone studies have reported increased lean body mass and improved muscle strength, including a six-month trial in men over 50.

Related growth hormone research; not a trial of this peptide combination.

Fat metabolism

Growth hormone helps regulate how the body uses fat. The guide cites a trial in which growth hormone recipients lost more weight and gained more lean mass than the placebo group.

Related growth hormone research; direct peptide body-composition studies are scarce.

Injury recovery

A small study of growth hormone after ACL reconstruction found better preservation of quadriceps strength; other research on tendon and ligament cells found no benefit.

Mixed findings from growth hormone research, not established recovery benefits of this blend.

Sleep quality

Studies of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) have found reduced wakefulness and increased slow-wave sleep—the deepest stage of sleep.

Related GHRH research; improved sleep with CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin has not been established.
